Overview
My client is a highly successful engineering business who provide a range of precision engineering services to the defence, avionics and oil and gas sectors. Due to increased orders and internal promotions they are looking for a manufacturing team leader to join their team You will be responsible for organising a team of CNC machinists and programmers workloads. You will be ensuring that targets are met and overall quality standards are maintained in conjunction with the quality team. You will have sound knowledge of CNC machining and have the personality and communication skills to show leadership to the team. Other duties will involve the driving through of CI and lean manufacturing initiatives. Candidates will be time served machinists, have a positive mental attitude. This an excellent opportunity for an individual to progress their career with an excellent base pay and overtime and benefits.
