The firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the highly rated litigation department in Northampton. The disputes team covers a range of commercial litigation matters and the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive will be gaining exposure to a variety of commercial disputes as well as get involved in business development to bring in new clients. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have up to 3 years PQE in dealing with all types of commercial litigation matters. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a wealth of knowledge across all areas of commercial litigation or at least a willingness to develop your skills and experience within commercial litigation. Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within commercial litigation and be looking for a superb platform to progress their career within disputes matters. You will demonstrate a good understanding of commercial litigation matters and an eagerness to learn more about the sector as well as get involved in the various activities of the team.
