Overview
UK Care & Nursing are looking for a recruitment consultant who has previous experience in a recruitment role in healthcare, the candidate must have previous experience of working within the healthcare industry and proven results in gaining new business. We specialise in supplying Carers & Nurses into care homes throughout East Anglia. Your day to day role will include building new business relationships and placing candidates into the suitable roles. You will have a very good work ethic and be good under pressure whilst achieving the targets set out. Please be aware your role will also include the need to attend clients and candidates when required so use of your own vehicle is essential. Your standard working hours will be 8.30am-6pm but the may be requirements for you to work longer hours when required. You will be on a bonus structure from day 1 and your first commission rate is 5% rising to 20% once you have hit certain targets. Your ote earnings should be 40k per annum rising year on year once you build your own client base. How much you earn will be controlled by your hard work and how you perform in delivering the required results for the company.
