Overview
Role: Parts Advisor Location: Liverpool Salary: £17,500 OTE £22,500 Richard Abson Group are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a premium car dealership in the Liverpool area. Role Your role as a Parts Advisor within the dealership is to provide a high level of customer service, projecting a quality image of the brand and company and ensuring you exceed all customer expectations. Advise the customer on additional parts and services, meeting the customers’ requirements. You will be stock taking and orders the parts to the dealership. You will also be working independently to achieve set targets and liaising with members of the public face-to-face and over the phone, as well as liaising with the internal Workshop. Organisation is key to this role as you will need to process paperwork on time and in order. You’ll be working within a team of 2 Advisor’s.
