Fit-Out Technical Services Manager London Permanent Position Our client is an established specialist Interior & Fit-Out contractor with a substantial presence in London specialising in the fit-out and refurbishment of Commercial Offices, Hotels, Retail, & Leisure sectors. Based in Central London, project values range in size from £1m up to £20m in value. Due to continuous growth my client is looking for an additional Technical Services Manager to join them with either a Mechanical or Electrical bias. The successful candidate will be capable of managing a project with values ranging from £3m to £10m and has previous experience running large projects on tight timeframes. The projects are predominately based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company with an excellent reputation in the industry. Profile of person: Building strong relations with client and project team A high understanding of both mechanical and electrical services Proven track record delivering multiple fit out projects from start to completion Programme and monitor project work Determined budgets, fee and cost targets Degree qualified or relevant experience Commercial office fit out experience is essential Shown good stability within their career.
