They are now looking for a qualified multi skilled maintenance engineer to join their expanding organic food production business. My client is part of a larger group with facilities across the UK offering great career opportunities as the future of food production changes rapidly with the Fourth Industrial Revolution having an enormous impact, namely AI, automation and robotics. As a market leader in their field, our client is keen to stay ahead of the curve within the environment they operate in. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be charged with carrying out a range of preventative and pro-active maintenance on a variety of types of machinery. You will also carry out project work with the Engineering Manager and undertake relevant training to progress your career with them. What we’re looking for: Multi Skilled Mechanical / Electrical Engineer background City & Guilds/ONC/NVQ2 or equivalent Excellent IT skills Willing to undergo further training It would also be desirable, though not essential, if you had some of the following: knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics and 17 th / 18 th Edition.
