SAP PAYROLL CONSULTANT Location: Portsmouth Duration: 6 months Rate: £419.42/day PAYE or Upto £550.00/day Umbrella Do you have expertise in the field of SAP Payroll/HCM functionality including experience of SuccessFactors integration? Do you have demonstrable success in delivery of SAP Payroll and HCM implementations and transformational programmes, with strong technical experience and knowledge? Education & Professional Qualifications Business, Financial, Payroll or Technical (IT, engineering, science) undergraduate degree. Advanced degrees (MBA, Masters) preferred. Key deliverables Delivery of approved SAP changes requests for the Payroll team Support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and responsible for the resolution of system defects identified Preparation and delivery of end user training materials where required Technical system cutover & data migration support Creation of Functional and Technical documentation Hyper care & incident resolution Knowledge Extensive knowledge of Payroll business processes including legal and regulatory techniques, continuous improvements and innovations Demonstrable experience in leading an SAP Payroll functional team (team sizes of less than 10) through the design, build and implementation phases of a project or change. Cross-functional solutions technical solutions experience and knowledge Demonstrable success in delivery of SAP standards and successful build, test and support of implementations across multiple business units and activities within SAP Payroll and HCM - be able to demonstrate at least 3 full project lifecycles in a SAP implementation role A detailed knowledge of SAP Payroll / HCM, built up over multiple implementation lifecycles including Blueprint design and subsequent implementation is essential. The scope of the role will include design and implementation of SAP Payroll changes and enhancements. Integration experience between SAP Payroll / HCM is also required to enable the delivery of an integrated design. Evidence a strong track record in use of project management methodologies and possess good analytical skills.
