Overview
Elevation Business Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer/Administrator to work for our client based close to Meadowhall in Sheffield. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the key objective of the Customer Services Officer will be to provide an outstanding experience for all customers, giving the best possible service, advice or solution in a timely manner. Working as part of a team, the shared aim is to deliver first class customer service, whilst understanding and working towards the Company's business and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities of the role:- Handle front-line telephone and written contact with customers, consumers and sales personnel, facilitating the earliest possible resolution in line with service standards and procedures Order editing and order entry as appropriate Provide advice and assistance to customers in the most appropriate format to meet their needs, demonstrating due attention to customer care and adopting a professional approach at all times Liaise with other departmental staff, partner organisations and external service providers in a professional and appropriate manner Quickly identify situations requiring specialist information and direct customers appropriately Provide the necessary administration support to resolve customer queries Provide general administrative support such as mailing, faxing, photocopying, information storage and printing Provide necessary support to cover holidays and other absences within the customer service and reception team To be successful within this role you will need experience working in a fast-paced and often demanding customer service environment along with experience working within a similar role. You will be computer literate, with experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite and any experience of using SAP would be also advantageous.
