Overview
Driver & Labourer Birkenhead My client, a leading housing association, currently requires an experienced Labourer, with driving licence, to join their maintenance team. We require labourers with high standards of work together with both a valid CSCS card and full PPE. The ideal candidate will have experience working within social housing, either for a main contractor or a sub-contractor. A valid driving licence is essential, as you will be given use of a company van. You will be undertaking general labouring duties such as helping tradesmen, moving materials, performing basic repairs, and ensuring properties are kept to the highest standard. All applicants will be required to provide proof of their CSCS qualification and driving licence together with two satisfactory references from their recent work.
