PERMANENT - Registered Supported Living Manager

- We are currently looking for a Registered Supported Living Manager to work within a Private Medical Organisation based in North London. You will be required to cover 2 sites within North London. The vacancy is to start ASAP and is a Permanent position. Please ask the team for more details and a full JD. PURPOSE To carry out the companies’ statement of purpose, Independent health care regulations 2001, Mental Health Act 1983,as amended in 2007, other legislative requirements and all company policies and procedures. To provide a homely & safe environment that meets service users individual needs and facilitates integration with the local community for all services in the allocated area. To manage allocated services within the company in accordance with standards agreed to meet legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practices. To provide clinical input working with the internal MDT and external medical professionals, guidance, support and practical advice for the promotion of self-help/personal skills, domestic skills, socialisation, self-realisation and emotional awareness. To have a working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission and tenants with learning disabilities and mental health needs. To provide leadership of the administration, care and people management functions of the company. Implement action to meet and maintain care and supported living standards The Registered Supported Living Manager must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and ensure certificates and licenses are obtained and displayed.
