Overview
Farm Manager for the Poultry Industry is required for the Ely area of Cambridgeshire. Previous experience as a Poultry Farm Assistant Manager would be an advantage but an understanding of livestock is essential. Main Duties: To manage operation of the farm to produce desired results in line with business strategy including, ensuring that the stock produced is of the highest standards and meets the required specification in terms of welfare, weight, quality and cost efficiency. Ensure Company Health & Safety Policy is adhered to at all times, and be responsible for day to day management of farm Employees. Feed ordering and bedding up. Excellent timekeeping will be expected and the ability to drive and operate farm machinery.
