Microsoft Team Leader / Bournemouth My client, are a world-leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a passionate individual to manage both the Microsoft team and Storage & Virtualisation teams. You'll be responsible for leading the teams and establishing and maintaining technical solutions and/or services required to support and service the business. ABOUT YOU Ambitious. Driven. Curious. You will have: Microsoft Experience NetApp / VMware Managerial Skills Understanding of Waterfall and Agile ABOUT THE JOB Responsibilities include Monitoring, coaching and managing performance of team members to achieve agreed objectives and project deliverables. Setting priorities for the team, track tasks through to completion and accountable for the performance and results of the team. Providing training/guidance to team members.
