As a principal position, you will be responsible for leaderships with clients in data science, using advanced statistical algorithms and machine learning. Role & Responsibilities Leading the development of machine learning and AI based solutions using Python and R Assessing requirements from clients and designing solutions to solve their business problems based on data science, analytics and business process design Advising clients on different approaches to creating business solutions through application of data analysis and technology Engaging in the end-to-end life cycle of projects with clients Mentoring junior data scientists in the team on technical skills and consulting Developing prototypes of solutions and delivering CRP sessions Skills & Qualifications Extensive commercial experience in data science, in the design and development of business solutions for clients Hands-on experience of statistical algorithms and machine learning techniques Solid understanding of structured and unstructured data analysis, AI, and natural language processing Commercial knowledge of R or Python libraries Ability to lead teams on the design and development of models in data science Benefits Up to 10% bonus based on utilisation 25 days holiday Bank Holidays (ability to buy more) Health insurance Travel expenses covered outside of regular commute
