Overview
We are acting on behalf of our long established client who are looking to recruit an additional member of staff to support their Purchasing Team. Hours are 8:00am/8:30am- 5:00pm/5:30pm 25 days annual leave Duties: Progress chasing of purchase orders and delivery schedules To be the first point of contact for sales enquiries, act upon requests by obtaining supplier quotations and availability Issuing approved quotes, raising PO and delivery receipts Reconciling supplier order confirmations Inputting of information Analysis of data and production of spreadsheets/ reports as required Requirements: Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Excellent communication skills, with a well spoken telephone manner and written English Previous experience in purchasing is desirable If you have the relevant experience and are interested in this role, please submit your CV successful candidates will be contacted within the next few days.
