Overview

Job title: Part time Accounts/office Manager Hours of work: 9:30-3 Monday to Friday/three full days. Flexible Salary: Up to £36k per annum (Full time equivalent salary) REED Accountancy are working exclusively with a business based in Sutton Coldfield with a view to recruit a part time accounts manager on a permanent basis to work alongside the Finance Director. Duties include but are not limited to: Processing of sales and purchase ledger invoices Credit control VAT returns Bank reconciliations Processing payroll Month/year end processes Checking company bank statements Preparing cash flow statements Preparing profit and loss sheets Assisting the finance director with any other ad hoc duties HR Admin: i.e. Staff sickness, annual leave Management meeting minutes Insurance renewals Manage MD’s diary Dealing with customer queries Ordering sundries, stationary etc. Fire alarm testing Incoming and outgoing post Archiving files Ordering and spot checking PPE Arranging skips and hired equipment Arranging business meetings and lunches Person specification: Part qualified or qualified by experience Previous experience in an accounts & office manager role Looking for part time hours Experience of using Sage 50 is advantageous but not essential Flexible with working hours Excellent communication skills Impeccable eye for detail Bubbly personality to match the team culture Apply now if you meet the criteria above
