Quickline Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for Occupational Therapists to join the Intermediate Care Service Team in Halton Council. To be successful for this role, you are required to have previous experience within Adults Services as a Occupational Therapist About the Role They will complete therapy assessments, carry out rehabilitation interventions, provide crisis interventions and attend multidisciplinary meetings to improve outcome for service users and reduce length of stay in this service area To have a hands on approach with rehabilitation goals and treatments and be able to complete and update care plans for rehabilitation care staff to follow. Communicate regularly and effectively in order to maximise patient rehab potential and complete paperwork efficiently and comprehensively. Be able to work both independently and as an effective team member alongside other professionals within health and social care services. Requirements of the Occupational Therapist Educated to degree level.
