Corporate Finance Executive / Manager Would you like to work within a fast growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Advisory firm and Investment House, at the start of a journey of expansion? If so please read on. Our client is a small but successful Corporate Finance House and Investment firm with a strong sector focus in the market that is seeing an incredible period of growth. They are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Executive to assist in this growth. For a Corporate Finance Executive they are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant at a bright, commercial recently qualified ACA (or equivalent) with some experience in a deals environment during their training or for a year or two post qualification. You may now be ready for the step up to manager grade which will also be considered. If coming with deals exposure this may be from Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Restructuring or maybe Banking. The key thing is you will have the desire to continue your career within Corporate Finance in Birmingham within a fast growing, entrepreneurial smaller organisation. You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice. The Corporate Finance Executive in time will also get involved in the Investment arm within the firm with work such as assessing business plans and potential investment opportunities and preparing investment committee proposals, financial modelling etc. This makes it a very different and exciting opportunity in the Midlands market. The successful Corporate Finance Executive will have an exceptional academic background, will have trained ACA (or equivalent) within a large firm and will be a confident communicator. On top of the salary strong performers will benefit from an excellent bonus scheme with no ceiling cap.
