Occupational Health Manager - Newbury, Berkshire Up to £44,000 The Company: My client is the UK’s leading corporate healthcare business, providing occupational health and wellness services to some of the largest businesses across the UK. The Role: I am looking to recruit an Occupational Health Manager to be based in Newbury, Berkshire. You will lead and direct the Occupational Health Service in this full time position, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The role breaks down to 50% client liaison and management and 50% clinical delivery (referrals and PPHQs) You will take overall responsibility for the effective day to day management of the OH service, raising the profile promoting health through delivery of a pro-active OH service whilst working closely with external organisations You will provide specialist advice and management plans to fulfil clients OH requirements, develop the OH strategy, work with divisional directors/managers to implement company objectives and manage OH nursing resource and objectives, co-ordinating them effectively and efficiently. You will ne NMC 1 registered, have a qualification in Occupational health, and have extensive experience working in Occupational health, you will be competent in Health Surveillance and have experience of managing team. 25 Days Holiday.
