Overview
Our client in Crews Hill, near to Enfield is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday. The business is growing rapidly & the successful candidates will join a well-established company that offers a great working environment This role is vital within the business & requires you to be able to communicate well over the phone, be the first point of contact with clients, update the in-house systems & much more Contract – Permanent Location – Crews Hill, near to Enfield Salary – £20,000 to £22,000 per annum dependent on experience Hours – Rota Basis & will either be 8am until 4:30pm, 9am until 5:30pm or 9:30am until 6pm Monday to Friday Benefits – Pension Scheme, Free Parking, Social Events, Life Insurance, 21 days holiday which increases by 1 day every 2 years’ service, great Training Team Environment – Friendly, Busy team Key Responsibilities; Responsible for all jobs raised within the contracts and monitor all jobs for KPI management checks To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers To review outstanding jobs with reference to specified response times, evaluating the nature and importance of the instructions To enter into the “Contract Diary” relevant information of appointments made for engineer attendance/response in order to maximize attendance within response times whilst minimizing standby and travelling time To check engineer’s paperwork/PDAs to ensure written details match those reported and to ensure that the engineer’s documentation is correct To record details of conversations or other forms of communication To record any site-specific information received To chase sub-contractors for engineer reports within the expected time frames Skills / Experience Experience within a busy call centre environment would be ideal Experience dealing with high call volumes Have a confident telephone manner Have strong communication skills Be a good team player Have a positive and flexible approach to work Eagerness to learn Strong IT/Excel skill Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Osborne Appointments, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
