Overview
GiBe Finance are working with an SME business in Farnham, recruiting a Management Accountant into a high-performing finance team. The role offers study support and a structured career path within a supportive function. The Role: Line Management of three purchase ledger clerks and one sales ledger clerk To prepare management accounts for a minimum of 2 companies To support other members of the team and other areas of the business Responsible for producing management accounts (profit and loss account, balance sheet and cashflow forecast) Statement reconciliation Bank reconciliation Accruals and prepayments Variance analysis Responsible for the balance sheet reconciliation Assist with year-end audits Ensure that the sales and purchase ledger meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets Manage payroll for our several companies Process and post direct debits into all companies Reconcile 2 bank accounts Fixed asset control for business including posting monthly depreciation charges Adhoc projects including departmental project work and business process reengineering Your Profile: Part-Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience Strong communicator - written and verbally Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel To review the full job description, please Apply Now.
