Overview
Leading private practice in Glasgow city centre seeks an experienced and diligent Debt Recovery Paralegal to join its busy Litigation Team. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing your own caseload of debt recovery matters and will have a solid understanding of dealing with undefended actions in the Sheriff Court via Simple Procedure, Summary Cause and Ordinary actions. Highly organised you will thrive under pressure and have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and be competent in liaising with other Solicitors, Investigation Agents and other associated parties. You should also be experienced in preparing fee notes and be willing to assist with all other administrative tasks as required.
