Overview

Service Coordinator, Poole Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established Poole based company in recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join their team. The successful Service Coordinator will be managing Engineer’s diaries, scheduling works, renewing customer contracts and keeping the database up to date. We are looking for a strong administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills to fulfil this role. It is a busy role requiring excellent attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling repairs and maintenance jobs for Engineer’s to attend Ensuring the database is kept up to date Creating service contracts Updating pricing manuals and brochures Corresponding with internal teams and external customers via email and telephone to answer to resolve queries Ad hoc administration and coordination duties Skills and Experience: Strong administration and customer service skills and experience Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Salary and Benefits: £20,000 - £22,000 basic bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays Monday to Friday working hours Health insurance Life insurance Gym membership Free onsite parking This Service Coordinator role would suit candidates currently working as an Administrator, Service Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or similar.
