Overview
Call Monitoring Officer – Livingston Salary - £18,525 Full-Time (pro rata for Part-Time) At Constance Care we are looking for two Call monitoring officers to join our busy and growing Domiciliary Care office in one of our Livingston Care Branches. As a Call Monitoring Officer you will be maintaining two database systems, the rota system and Call monitoring system, whilst ensuring that care coordinates, care team managers and service care managers are following protocols. This role also undertakes administrator duties including running reports, Ad-hoc duties and undertake any other duties in line with the objectives of the post. This is where your excellent IT skills and leadership skills will help you to fulfil your duties. Knowledge in care is preferable but not essential, but as a call monitoring officer you will need to be resilient towards care workers. Full training is provided, so no need to worry There may be occasions where you are required to travel for meetings.
