Resolving our customers queries, educating them on how to get more from their technology and inspiring them about the amazing life enhancing features for their digital journey. You’ll help your teammates keep pace with the latest tech and support them each day to deliver an amazing customer experience. You’ll be the face of your store in the community and drive our external activities, to bring the O2 message to the public at events big and small. You’ll form part of the store’s leadership team, building vital skills and gaining experience to progress further into many career paths. Plus joining a team of experienced Gurus across multiple stores who will support you each step of your journey.
