Chef De Partie Pastry required for a Hotel in Dorset. Salary £23,000, free live-in accommodation is available. This Hotel has a team of 5 in the kitchen KP's you will be using all fresh food produce. As a Chef De Partie Pastry, you will be trained on all sections in the kitchen including Pastry, you will be involved in creating desserts and pastries for the main restaurant and afternoon teas. Chef De Partie Pastry Duties: Reporting to the Head Chef. Be trained to produce high quality desserts for the restaurant and afternoon teas. Be trained on all sections in the kitchen including pastry. Checking off and storing deliveries. Follow health and hygiene regulations. What we need from you as Chef De Partie Pastry: Some knowledge of pastry and desserts would be advantageous as well as other sections in the kitchen. Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
