Set to open this Spring , our new opening in Cabot Circus, Bristol will be D&D London’s first in the South West of England. Our restaurant venue will be located within the listed 18th century Friary Building and will incorporate a landmark restaurant, bars, extensive private dining and a large outdoor terrace. We are very excited about opening our first venue in Bristol and will announce the food concept and name of the restaurant shortly. We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the brigade and lead a section in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
