Food Services Supervisor Cambridge college £22,000-£24000 37.5 hours per week Interaction recruitment are looking for a hard-working, dedicated candidate for a full time, permanent food services supervisor at a college in Cambridge. Have you got previous experience in supervising staff? then this could be the role for you Duties of a food services supervisor include but are not limited to: -Manage day to day staff requirements. -Provide mentoring and feedback for team members. - Provide exceptional and polite front-line customer service. - Ensure that college service standards are maintained throughout the service period. -Work alongside and assist the food services manager with performance management of staff. A successful food services supervisor will have: -A high standard of technical skills within the industry. -Professional approach to all areas of the role. -Flexible with the college’s requirements. -Exceptional communication skills.
