Sous Chef - Excellent Opportunity with Busy Hotel & Restaurant Our client based at this busy property near Coventry & Birmingham is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a busy hotel that offers guests food in a busy high volume restaurant and bar. The Head Chef has exciting plans for the kitchen and you can help him introduce new menus and dishes. The Role Working in the busy bar & restaurant Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef - kitchen management duties Working with all fresh food Preparing meals for restaurant and functions Ensuring Health & Safety & Hygiene regulations at all times The Person Already an experienced Sous Chef Experience of working in a busy Hotel or Branded Restaurant ideally with some corporate/C&B experience Excellent communication skills as will manage brigade in chefs absence Capable and able to work unsupervised Salary & Benefits Salary to £27k plus tips Company Benefits & Free Parking 5 Straight Shifts per week 28 days holiday Application.
