A 1 rosette hotel in Bristol is looking for a Senior Sous Chef ideally with a hotel background offering a salary of £27000 - £29,000 48 hours per week. As Senior Sous –you will be working in a team of 10 in the brigade including an all-important Breakfast Chef so there progression to head chef within 12 months available.
