Restaurant Supervisor Liverpool, UK 40 Hours, Permanent Titanic Hotel, Stanley Dock, Liverpool is all about the restoration of one of the city’s most historic and iconic buildings. As a World Heritage site it forms part of the Stanley Dock development overlooking the waters of Stanley Dock. The hotel has 153 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique event space West Bay, Stanley’s Bar and Grill, Rum Bar, Maya Blue Wellness and adjoining the incredible Rum Warehouse. Who we are looking for… We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Stan’s Bar & Grill at the iconic Titanic Hotel, Liverpool. You must have previously worked within a busy 4/5 hotel or restaurant, with strong food and wine knowledge. To be successful in this position, you will need to have the ability to motivate a strong team, together with the drive and passion to learn and continuously improve upon your own and others skill set. Most importantly we are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills with both guests and staff of all levels, and thrives within a busy service environment. About the Role You may be required to work either breakfast (6/7am to approx. 3pm) or evening shifts. Therefore this role does require some flexibility in regards to working patterns. Your main responsibilities will include: Training and development of your team Excellent understanding of food and wines Delivery of outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction Hands on Restaurant work Continuously working towards improving service standards, sales and adding value to the business What we offer We offer staff (of all levels) a range of benefits.
