This Restaurant is part of a small group with properties located in London with another opening planned for 2020. The kitchen houses an ambitious team of chefs that produce a fine dining Italian menu each day using the finest local and seasonal produce. Applicants for this role will be in a Pastry Chef de Partie role at present currently working in one of the UK's top Restaurants or Hotels. You will be used to working with large numbers in a high quality operation. Candidates with previous experience of working in Michelin starred kitchens will have an advantage in this instance.
