Overview

This is an award-winning dining pub with warm hospitality, great food and excellent service from the friendly, knowledgeable and professional team. It is tucked away in a delightful rural location, with a beautiful location yet a minutes’ drive from the Spa town of Tunbridge Wells. They are now looking for an outgoing, pro-active charismatic individual to join the team and support the General Manager in the running of the bar and rosette restaurant. Deputising in his absence you will be a proven leader, adept at managing and mentoring a small team of staff. You will have excellent presentation and communication skills and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a fresh food environment.
