Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Solihull Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 DOE. Plus Substantial Gratuities. 4 day working week Your New Employer A high quality, well-loved Gastro Pub, part of a fantastic group that stretch out across the West Midlands. The operation takes food and drink seriously, preparing everything in house using great local produce and offering an excellent variety of local ales and spirits. Your New Job As Assistant Manager you will take ownership of the day to day running of the operation, ensuring a strong focus on service and product knowledge. You will be results focused, able to maximise revenue and control costs effectively reporting directly into the ownership. Most importantly you must take pride in running a smooth food and beverage operation whilst being a friendly and approachable presence for guests and colleagues alike, passionate about developing your team and your product offering. You’re Experience and Our requirements Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience at a similar level in a comparable operation. The operation has a great quality food offering alongside very strong wet sales, candidates from both quality food led or wet led environments will be looked at for this role, preferably the candidate will have both You will have some commercial awareness alongside a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences As the Assistant Manager you will have excellent organisational, technical and interpersonal skill set. You must lead your team by example, demonstrate consistency whilst being the face of the operation.
