A hotel in Bristol is looking for a Chef de Partie – (Senior) ideally with a hotel background offering a salary of £24000 - £25,000 40 hours per week. As Chef de Partie – (Senior)you will be working in a team of 8 in the brigade including an all-important Breakfast Chef so there is tons of progression available. Covers in the restaurant are upto 80 and around 150 for a sit-down wedding – nice numbers for a Chef de Partie – (Senior) As Chef de Partie – (Senior) you will be working a mixture of early and lates – when on a late you will finish the latest 10pm.
