Registration Services Manager

Your new company An exciting role for a Registration Services Manager to work for a well established organisation in Ipswich. Your new role Providing line management and technical support to wider team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Providing day to day management for the inspection team Assist the compliance department on non-conformance matters Monitoring performance of inspectors Leading on recruitment, induction and mentoring Producing monthly statistical data on non-conformance conduct management reviews of risk-based assessments What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will have experience working in the oil heating sector and and ideally have knowledge of the UKAS accreditation to ISO 17065. You will have experience in people management and performance monitoring. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving license is required. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a generous salary of between £34,000 - £36,000 per annum. Alongside this, you will also receive 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holiday), free onsite parking and auto-enrolment onto the workplace pension scheme.
