Your new company This company is a large not for profit organisation that specialise in technology. As an organisation, they massively value their employees and ensure they focus on diversity within the workplace. They are looking for a HR Advisor to join their large HR team. Your new role You will be working with managers and HR Business partner team in order to assist on first stage employee relations matters, advising them whilst adopting a solutions-focused approach. You will be supporting the successful delivery of projects for the organisation and coaching team members in order to support skill development. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience as a HR generalist, preferably in a high volume, customer focused environment. Experience of advising managers on first stage employee relations cases is essential, and successful delivery of change programmes is desirable. Being a CIPD member is preferred. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of up to £27k plus a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday plus 3 days closure for Christmas and bank holidays.
