Overview
Your new company A national not-for-profit organisation with a large Cardiff office. Your new role You will be the lead for all things benefits and compensation related. You'll liaise with suppliers, roll out comms on new initiatives and existing benefits, analyse the market and continually improve the comp and bens package inline with market trends. You will do detailed bench-marking and salary reviews, providing expert support to managers, colleagues and trade unions. You'll also oversee job evaluation ensuring the system is rigorous and fit for purpose. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a HR professional with a passion for remuneration and benefits. This is an exciting role in a HR team but a specialist one, focused on the reward area. You don't have to have been a reward manager before but you must have experience in this area in your previous role, perhaps as a HR BP or Manager. This is because you will be the go-to person here. What you'll get in return This business operates a truly flexible flexi-time system with opportunity to work from home, to work remotely and flex your start and finish time. you will get 28 days annual leave and an excellent pension, plus for the right person they will also consider a 4 day per week option. All in all an excellent package. The salary is from £39,000 with the opportunity to match higher salaries up to around £45,000.
