Opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a large organisation on a perm basis in Southampton We have an HR Advisor opportunity to work as part of a busy HR team in providing first class HR services to managers and employees. You will be supporting an HR Business Partner with a challenging business unit with a range of HR activities across employee relations case work, restructures, change and HR generalist work. Core Tasks include Employer Relations Case work : - Grievance, sickness, absence, performance, disciplinary, dismissal Providing professional HR advice to managers and employees on policy, procedures Support the HR Business Partner with a range of activities for HR & OD interventions supporting employee engagement and performance. Contributing to workforce planning activities Support the training and learning requirements for employees Develop good working relationships with unions and build effective outcomes Supporting Managers with all aspects of HR & OD Candidates Were seeking HR Advisors with proven employer relations case work experience within larger complex organisations. You will understand HR policies and procedures and have experience of advising managers on a range of ER and HR activities including training requirements, workforce planning, presenting workforce MI data. Candidates should be experienced to a minimum of level 5 but Ideally Level 7 / post grad diploma and experience of complex large scale organisations and ideally unionised environments. This is a full time role 37 hours per week . However for an exceptional candidate they would consider 4 days per week. They will offer excellent benefits, holiday and flexible working approach.
