Overview
A permanent Recruitment Manager role based in the Birmingham region. Your new company A large and commercial organisation based in the Birmingham region They are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager to join a busy and fast-paced HR function. Your new role The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive recruitment service to the business. The role will manage the complete recruitment process, including candidate attraction, reviewing and screening applications, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, organising the selection process and offer management. The Recruitment Manager will partner with operational management teams to advise on recruitment strategy and processes, to understand workforce planning requirements and to maximise the candidate recruitment experience. The Recruitment Manager will create innovative attraction strategies, develop the utilisation of direct sourcing and develop relationships with relevant external bodies. Additionally the post holder will develop the use of social media platforms to attract candidates and promote the EVP. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will be an Internal Recruitment Manager with strong experience gained within a large and fast-paced commercial organisation. Previous experience of also supporting a contact centre or shared service centre would be advantageous. You must be able to demonstrate success in developing innovative attraction and recruitment strategies and initiatives. The Recruitment Manger will also identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus bonus.
