Your new company An NHS Organisation based in Haywards Heath are seeking a confident and experienced Recruitment Manager who is immediately available to lead their recruitment team on a temporary basis for at least 3 months while a permanent appointment is sourced. Your new role As a Recruitment Manager your duties will be: End-to-end recruitment Apply policy/Agenda for Change in order to support with salary needs Coach the team leaders and develop them in their roles Stakeholder management What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you will need the following: HR Experience/HR Employment Law and CIPD qualification The ability to use data in managing process Experience of using Agenda for Change Customer focused You must have experience within recruitment but not necessarily NHS You must have access to your own transport, this role requires travelling to their site in Brighton one day a week.
