HR Advisor/ER Advisor - Employment Advisor

We have a unique opportunity to join a specialist charity providing employer relations advice & support Were seeking an HR Advisor / HR professional with strong employment law & HR Advice skills to work for a unique charity providing HR & employment services to employees. You will be working as part of a team mainly on the phone to provide HR employment law advice to employees who require support to retain their employment. For example supporting employees going through the absence management process, grievance/disciplinary procedure where their employment issue is affecting their work or work is impacting on their mental health. The role will involve working with a caseload of clients providing advice and support. This will be mainly over the telephone but also occasional visits workplaces to support in formal meetings. Candidates This would suit some-one who is CIPD qualified or equivalent, but if you have a good knowledge and sound understanding of people management, employment law, employment issues and how this could impact on an individual's mental health; Excellent IT skills, communication skills, both written and verbal this could be the role for you.
