Software Implementation Manager required by our client a dynamic and innovative organization providing our FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 customers with innovative solutions that are simple to use and elegantly designed. They are growing rapidly and looking for an exceptional implementation manager to service a rapidly growing customer base. This exciting role provides a Software Implementation Manager the ideal opportunity to leverage their experience within an implementation manager role and contribute to a dynamic team. Software Implementation Manager Essential Requirements: · Working across, leading and overseeing product implementation · Build project plans and maintain full accountability for its delivery · Identifying timelines and manage customer expectations on product implementation · Must have passion to deliver first class customer service and key account management as well as professional phone manner · Ability to show initiative and troubleshoot effectively and efficiently, with the relevant skills to provide ongoing communications with our customers as well as our internal teams to ensure successful product delivery Software Implementation Manager Desirable Requirements: · Relevant experience working in an implementation manager role desirable, but not required · Project management certification (e.g., Prince 2 or similar) ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE FREE TO WORK IN THE UK FREE FROM THE RESTRICTIONS OF VISA`S AND WORK PERMITS.
