Technical Support Engineer required by our client a dynamic and innovative organization providing our FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 customers with innovative solutions that are simple to use and elegantly designed. They are growing rapidly and looking for an exceptional customer support professional to service our rapidly growing customer base. Technical Support Engineer Job Brief: - They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to customers. - You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help customers install applications and programs. - Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving technical / customer support issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. - You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues. - For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
