Overview
Are you an experienced resourcing advisor? Do you have experience working in a HR environment? Are you able to provide excellent customer service? Brook Street`s client based in Leicester is looking for an experienced resource advisor to support an existing busy team on an initial three-month contract with the potential for this to be extended and potentially move to a permanent position subject to business approval. This is an exciting new role working for a reputable company in Leicester where you will be responsible for providing an effective recruitment process within the HR department. Examples of duties include: - Supporting the HR team with general HR enquiries - Responding to calls and queries effectively in a timely manner providing accurate responses - Liaising with managers and staff via email, phone and face to face - Completion of letters, minutes and reports - Undertaking filing, photocopying and general administration duties as required A background within HR or recruitment is desirable whilst a driving licence is essential in order to be able to support local sites around the area.
