The applicant would ideally have experience collecting in a regulated environment / consumer finance company or be looking for an opportunity to use fantastic customer service skills acquired from a financial serivces company and progress their career in a really interesting area of the industry. The career prospects within collections and servicing can be brilliant and you get a real sense of achievement when you can assist borrowers that really need your help The applicant must be organised, able to manage their workload and capable of meeting deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
