Spa Receptionist- Ascot - Full Time

4Leisure are currently recruiting for there luxury hotel based in the Ascot area who are currently seeking a Spa Receptionist My client who are luxury hotel are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist on a full time basis, 40 hours a week on shift pattern which will include weekends. The job role will involve the below duties; First point of contact for all guests for all spa guests - Meeting and greeting with 5 professionalismEnsuring the guest experience is met throughout the whole time of there stayEnsuring every guest is given a full tour of the spa and shown facilitates and changing roomsBe aware of contra indications for treatments and use of facilitates and is explained to guests beforehandTo make bookings in the system with correct allocated time to maximise guest journeyTo ensure you are aware of any special offers, current activities and facilitatesTo bring to the attention of management any problems or complaintsTo bring any complaints made to a senior member of staff and managementTo provide an efficient and professional service at all times and deal with guest enquiries either by telephone , email, letter or verbally The Ideal candidate would meet the below criteria To have a working knowledge of all front of house related systems and equipmentHappy to work on a rota basis set by your head of department and to understand this will be in accordance with business demandsReceptionist experience is essentialPrevious spa receptionist or spa therapist experience is essentialExperience of working in a 5 hotel is desirableBeauty level 2 & 3 would be advantageProfessional and motivated work ethic In return we will be offering the below employment package; Hands on management and trainingHoliday and pensionDiscount on hotel stay and food/beveragesProgression to develop your skillsUniform providedCompetitive salary £18,000- £20,000 per annum If you are looking for your next step into the a 5 environment and would to work in vibrant luxury client we would love to hear from you
