Overview

This a great opportunity to join an organisation who offer vital support to the community, within their Crawley Head Office. The role of the PMO Analyst is to provide effective quality assurance support and expertise to the Organisation on all aspects of the PMO Project Lifecycle. You will be responsible for the production of reports, papers and dashboards using a variety of software and data systems to access and generate information. The PMO Analyst will develop and embed strong project governance processes, ensuring standardisation of all project documentation and effective management of project progress. As an Analyst you will have a primary role in collating, developing, maintaining and analysing key project information to ensure effective and transparent reporting, highlighting trends and providing advice to Project leads on how to manage any project dependencies, risks and other Project Management escalations. You will be expected to support and communicate to the Head of PMO and Senior PMO Project Managers to effectively govern and provide assurance and reports on all Delivery plans. Key Skills Strong Communication in all forms are required for this role Negotiation and diplomacy are required to ensure that the relevant project documentation is completed and governance processes are followed Able to analyse highly complex issues and information drawn from multiple sources Able to work autonomously with subject matters on assigned projects Familiar with how to support policies and procedures and be able to work on how to improve processes and give guidance to teams Budget control You will ideally be educated to Degree level, hold a current driving licence and a qualification within Project Management (MSP/Prince/Agile) and have knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
