Family Lawyer 5yrs PQE - Chichester £40,000 A key appointment for the family team with both a highly experienced Head of Department and a junior lawyer. Some very good long term seniority prospects for the right candidate The firm: One of Chichester's established law firms with a friendly yet professional approach offering services to individuals and businesses, situated in Chichester city centre. Being members of the Law Society Family Law Panel as well as members of Resolution this is an established Family Law team with a very good reputation across both the Sussex and Hampshire region. The work: All manner of work from the relatively straight forward work to complex cases regarding the breakdown of relationships with assets running into the millions. The role will see you managing a caseload of privately funded matters covering: Relationship breakdown covering divorce and separation and dissolution of civil partnerships. Financial disputes and financial arrangements Residence and contact disputes for children Fixed fee divorces Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements Emergency remedies, injunctions Children focused subject matter including international disputes Role requirements: The firm are looking to appoint an experienced Family Lawyer with the following attributes. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEx) with 5yrs fee earning experience A very competent lawyer very little need for supervision. Collaborative and/or mediation trained (not essential) A willingness to support/mentor junior lawyers This is a great opportunity to become an established Family Law professional within the region if relocating.
