FM Contract Manager Site based Location; Hertfordshire Salary £45,000- £48,500 per annum depending on experience Currently recruiting for an experienced FM Contract Manager for a prestigious contract managing the TFM for a site based in Hertfordshire, you will be leading and managing an integrated service team to provide a wide range of services, together with controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract. Responsibilities/Duties for the successful Contract Manager include: Responsibility for Profit and Loss Financial Management Ensuring the delivery of Hard and Soft services Providing a management interface with the Client's Management Team, to jointly develop services and solutions Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures Deliver projects to the customers' requirements, meeting specified timescales Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team Providing the Client with compliance data Supporting internal and external audits Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing Collating WIP Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability Desirably come from a technical background in Electrical or Mechanical bias The successful Contract Manager would be experienced in dealing with a large portfolio,
