Overview

Job Title: Office Administrator, Bracknell Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 An exciting opportunity to join our client in Bracknell as an Office Administrator. You will be responsible for supporting the company in a variety of administrative responsibilities. This role bridges the gap between all various departments, so effective communication and adaptability is key. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, whilst working alongside the rest of the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety Compliance for Health and Safety, First Aid and Fire Warden Arranging testing and annual servicing of equipment (fire extinguishers/PAT testing etc.) Security, organising keys and security fobs for new joiners Facilities Managing office cleaners, ensuring office is fit for purpose both inside and out Organise and book couriers Responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the Samples room Liaise with Landlord regarding any building issues Secretarial Support Organising events on special occasions such as team lunches and Christmas party and Birthdays Arrange flights and accommodation for group events Distribute incoming post Ordering of office supplies and stationary Ad hoc PA support to the MD Coordinator meetings and inductions for new starters Manage various Excel spreadsheets Samples - organising and sending out samples, keeping the stock room in order Supporting other departments Order input - to be trained up to be able to provide order input cover for Logistics Manager Credit control - work with Finance Manager on ad hoc invoice chasing where required Assist with Marketing when required What We're Looking For: Good communication and administrative skills Self-motivated and well organised Comfortable with handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Good IT skills, particularly Word and Excel Approachable and at ease with colleague and visitors including supplies and customers Good sense of humour essential Company Benefits: Onsite Parking, 25 Days Holiday, Pension, Annual Bonus additional benefits Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
